Cancellation policy
At Beechworth Coffee Roasters, we roast to order each week to make sure your coffee is always fresh. Because of this, we have specific cancellation guidelines for different purchase types.
1. One-Off Purchases

Orders can be cancelled or changed before Sunday midnight (AEST), prior to our Monday roast.

Once roasting has begun, cancellations and changes are no longer possible.
2. Subscriptions (if applicable)

You can pause, cancel, or change your subscription anytime through your account.

To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please make changes before the weekly cut-off (Sunday midnight AEST).

Once roasting has started, that week’s order cannot be cancelled.
3. Wholesale Accounts (if applicable)

Wholesale orders are subject to agreed-upon terms between Beechworth Coffee Roasters and the account holder.

Cancellation requests must be made in writing before the scheduled roast date.
4. Refunds on Cancelled Orders

If you cancel before the cut-off time, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

If you cancel after roasting has begun, unfortunately we cannot provide a refund due to the perishable nature of coffee.
