Shipping policy

At Beechworth Coffee Roasters, we roast fresh to order each week to make sure your coffee reaches you in peak condition.


1. Roasting and Dispatch

  • We roast on Mondays.

  • Orders placed before Sunday at midnight (AEST) will be roasted and shipped the following Monday.

  • Orders placed after this cut-off will be included in the next week’s roast cycle.


2. Shipping Methods and Costs

  • We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers such as Australia Post or courier services.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location.

  • We occasionally offer free shipping promotions – these will be clearly advertised on our website.


3. Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery within Australia usually takes 2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

  • Regional and remote areas may take longer.

  • Please note: once we hand your order to the carrier, delivery times are outside our control.


4. Tracking

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

  • If you do not receive tracking information, please check your spam folder or contact us at [your contact email].


5. Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays can occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g. postal delays, public holidays, weather events). We appreciate your patience in these cases.


6. Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of your order passes to you once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
