We have just wrapped up our last roast for the day and for the year, and we wanted to take a moment to say thank you.
To everyone in Beechworth and the surrounding region, and to all of you who order from further away, we are genuinely grateful. Every bag you buy, every message you send, every recommendation to a friend, and every time you pop in for a chat helps keep our little roastery going. It means a lot to be building this here, in Beechworth, with a community that backs local and small business so strongly.
This year has been big for us. There have been early mornings, busy roast days, plenty of new ideas, and a lot of learning along the way. The best part has been getting to know more of you through coffee. Whether you are brewing at home, grabbing a bag for a gift, or stopping by for a yarn, you have made 2025 a year we will always remember.
We are taking a short break over the holiday period and will be back roasting from 5 January 2026. If you are stocking up before then, or you run low while we are closed, you can still grab our beans locally. Goldfields has the full range available while we are away, so you can keep the coffee flowing.
If you are visiting Beechworth over the holidays, we hope you get to enjoy the sunshine, the good food, and everything our region has to offer. If you are travelling, we hope you have a safe trip and a restful break.
